How to play the games
Students race each other to reach the goal, using Magical English 'Rock,
scissors, paper, Go!' or by using dice.
As each student lands on a square they must say the matching English word,
letter, phrase, or number which corresponds to the Magical English shape.
The first student to reach the goal is the winner!
*If a student cannot answer, the next student has a chance to answer the
same shape, if they can answer correctly they can move forward one square
from their present position. If all students cannot answer they should raise
their hands and the teacher can help the students.
*Have the target song playing in the background repeatedly to act
as a prompt.
Magical English 'Rock, scissors, paper, Go!'
Students play 'Rock, scissors, paper, Go!' , the winner moves forward 1
space and can try to answer the puzzle!
If students play 'Rock, scissors, paper, Go!' and get the same eg Rock-Rock
, they repeat 'Rock, scissors, paper, Go!' if there is a winner, the winner
can move forward 2 spaces.
If the students get the same again, they continue to play 'Rock, scissors,
paper, Go!' if there is a winner, the winner can move forward 3 spaces,
and so on..
